Mystic Rhythms for Tuba and Timpani

Joe and I had been joking about doing a tuba timpani duet for a couple of years, and we finally did it! This is a piece I arranged called Mystic Rhythms. It features two well-known pieces: The Sorcerer's Apprentice by Paul Dukas and Night on Bald Mountain by Modest Mussorgsky. The tuba and the timpani work together to produce these well-known melodies. At one point, the timpani even gets the melody!
