This was a very fun Christmas piece with a cool timbale solo at the beginning that leads into an amazing piccolo solo! Composer Notes: Short and sweet! Two familiar carols, Patapan and God Rest Ye Merry, Gentlemen, are bound together in this memorable setting. The percussion part is notable as it creates sound of the traditional Irish bodhran drum. Sprightly!
